Shipping Service Details & Rates
There are no minimum order requirements but you must have a minimum order of $100 to qualify for Free shipping. All orders will ONLY be accepted online via our Meathead Snacks website and these deals do not carry over to our 'The Meathead Store' website. Ensure you provide a MOBILE PHONE NUMBER and a valid E-MAIL ADDRESS so we can properly get in touch regarding your shipment. We provide standard shipping across Canada and the delivery times are between 3 to 9 business days depending on your location. The shipping fees for this service are as follows:
HOUSES
- We will email you the tracking information so please ensure that the contact information provided when you are placing your order is accurate.
- Delivery will be left by front door and in most cases a picture will be taken as proof of delivery.
CONDOS/APARTMENTS/BUILDINGS/BUSINESSES
- Please ensure you provide the full address, including apartment/unit number
- We will email you the tracking information so please ensure that the contact information provided when you are placing your order is accurate.
- Orders will be left with concierge/reception in most cases.
- Please be advised that drivers are typically not permitted to enter buildings past the front entrance/reception area so it is your responsibility to collect your shipment once it has been delivered.
MISSED DELIVERY AND CHARGES
This mainly applies for shipments to apartments/condos/businesses without a drop off option. This may also apply to any situation where our courier is unable to complete the delivery due to circumstances at your end and out of our control, such as the wrong address information provided at time of checkout.
We ask that you consider that there are labour, material and transport costs associated with processing delivery orders. Missed deliveries will be handled as follows:
WE WILL REACH OUT TO OUR SHIPPING PARTNER TO CONFIRM THE REASON FOR THE ITEMS BEING UNDELIVERBLE.
IF THE ISSUE IS DEEMED TO BE FROM OUR END, YOUR ORDER WILL BE REFUNDED.
IF THE ISSUE IS OUT OF OUR OR THE SHIPPING PARTNERS CONTROL, THEN THERE WILL BE NO REFUND.

For shipping cancellation or order modification, if you placed your order in the morning, you must let us know no later than 2pm EST on the day you placed your order. If your order was placed after that, you must let us know, no later than 2pm EST on the next day.
